Compliance Week Webinar

By enherent - Posted on 13 August 2010

enherent is doing a webinar on August 26th with Compliance Week, the leading information service on Governance, Risk and Compliance. We shot a video to promote the webinar, and it is available on their website: Compliance Week.

It should appear as “Compliance Week TV” on the upper right hand portion of the web site. It’s currently set-up as a rotating banner add, so you may have to refresh your browser until you find it. In the video, I was asked three questions:

1. We’re talking about an awful lot of information here, and much of it changes constantly. How can compliance departments monitor something so dynamic reliably?

2. Compliance officers also need systems that can sift out exactly what is a compliance risk that should be brought to their attention, versus a piece of data that’s actually harmless. Talk to us about how that can be addressed.

3. Lastly, we have new “channels” of information appearing every day that let people make statements about a company in new ways. How can an IT system get that holistic view of what’s being said about a company, rather than end up with 20 monitoring tools for 20 different types of data?

The short six minute video provides high level answers. The Webinar will dive deeper into these issues and I encourage everyone to register. The webinar description and registration page can be found here: Managing Risk Arising from Social Media.

Also, we are aggressively pursuing Voice of the Customer initiatives with our partner IBM. We have jointly developed a white paper and solution profile. You can find those documents by visiting our joint website:enherent and IBM tackle Voice of the Customer Initiatives
