Pamela Fredette
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Fredette has served as the Chairman of our Board of Directors and as our Chief Executive Officer and President since the merger in April 2005 and had served as Dynax’s Chief Executive Officer and President, and as a director, since joining Dynax in June 2002. In February 2004, Ms. Fredette also took on the role as Dynax’s chairman of the board. From October 2000 to May 2002, Ms. Fredette served as a consultant to executive management at several technology solutions providers. From February 1999 to October 2000, Ms. Fredette served as President of The Netplex Group, Inc., a publicly traded information technology provider. From February 1993 through January 1999, Ms. Fredette was the President of the solutions division of Computer Horizons Corp., a publicly traded information technology provider. Ms. Fredette has a master’s degree in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Lori Stanley
General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. Stanley has served as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since the completion of our merger with Dynax in April 2005. Prior to the merger, Ms. Stanley had been the General Counsel of Dynax since July 2002 and the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary of Dynax since April 2003. She also served as a director of Dynax from September 2003 until the Merger. From November 2000 to June 2002, Ms. Stanley was General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources for The A Consulting Team, Inc., a publicly traded information technology provider. From July 1999 to October 2000, Ms. Stanley was the Vice President of Legal Operations and Human Resources for The Netplex Group, Inc. From January 1997 to June 1999, Ms. Stanley was General Counsel of the Solutions Division of Computer Horizons Corp. Ms. Stanley has a law degree from Seton Hall Law School.
Frank Diana
Executive Vice President
Mr. Diana leads enherent's Web 2.0 and Advanced Analytics business. He has 27 years of organizational leadership experience in technology and general management, including more than 7 years experience with Web 2.0 technologies and business models. Prior to joining enherent, Mr. Diana managed the development of a social computing and advanced analytics platform at Aelera Corporation, where he served as Chief Product Officer. Prior to his time at Aelera, he was the CEO of Traxian, Inc, a software start-up focused on the B2B enablement of small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to Traxian, Mr. Diana was the Chief Technology Officer of Fujitsu Consulting, where he focused on software as a service, web service strategies, enterprise applications, open source technologies, Web 2.0, eProcurement and B2B communities. He began his career at AT&T, holding various senior roles including CIO for the company’s international financial operation. He has considerable business intelligence experience, gained through the development of critical decision support systems and the establishment of AT&T’s financial data warehouse and it’s linkage to operational data. In this role, he had overall information architecture responsibility. Mr. Diana also sat on various industry steering committees focused on the development of XML-based data standards. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Rider College.
Mark Conzone
Vice President, Sales
Mr. Conzone is a 20 year veteran of the technology solutions industry effectively combining sales and delivery experience. Most recently, he served as solution development executive where he focused his efforts on delivering high value solutions to our clients. In this role, he led the development, sales and support of industry specific software solutions across infrastructure, communications and information management technologies. He was instrumental in the creation and success of enherent’s content management practice, including the development of key partner relationships to support a fully integrated solution offering. Mr. Conzone studied computer science at the New York Institute of Technology and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Arunava De
Vice President, Finance and Controller
Mr. De has served as the Company’s Vice President of Finance and Controller since November 16, 2007. Mr. De had served as the Company’s Controller since the Company’s merger with Dynax Solutions, Inc. on April 1, 2005. Prior to the merger, Mr. De had been the Controller of Dynax Solutions, Inc. since April 1, 2004. Mr. De has twenty years of financial and accounting experience. From March 2003 to March 2004, Mr. De served as the Controller of Infotech Global, Inc. From July 2000 to February 2003, Mr. De was the Group Financial Controller with Mindteck Holdings, Inc. Mr. De served as the Manager / Secretary and Treasurer of Nicco Infotec, Inc. from June 1994 to June 2000. Mr. De served in various capacities in India at Nicco Corporation Ltd. between August 1989 and May 1994. Mr. De also worked at Lovelock and Lewes, a public accounting and management consulting firm now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to August 1989. Mr. De received a B.S. from Calcutta University and is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
